Thank you for purchasing a funded account from the Funded Kingdom, with SBJC Tech Ltd as the merchant of record. We are committed to providing high-quality digital goods and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital products, certain conditions apply to refunds.
Important Notice:
As clearly stated on our website and in the Terms and Conditions, your purchase is an investment challenge account, which is a digital education product. It is not an investment or financial product. The purpose of this product is to provide educational content, and it is not intended to provide financial returns or investment opportunities.
1. Refund Eligibility
Because digital goods cannot be returned in the same way as physical products, refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
Defective Product: If the digital product is found to be defective or does not function as advertised, you may be eligible for a refund. We require a detailed description of the issue, including screenshots or videos, to verify the problem.
Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive the digital product within 48 hours of purchase due to technical issues or failure in the delivery process, we will provide a refund after verification.
Unauthorized Payment: If there is evidence that the purchase was made without your authorization or knowledge, please contact us immediately. After verification, we will process a refund.
Misrepresentation: If the product was significantly misrepresented on our website or other sales platforms, a refund may be granted after investigation.
Cooling Off Period: If you have not logged into your account, you may be eligible for a refund by contacting our support team in writing within 2 days of your purchase. To request a refund, please send an email to support@fundedkingdom, detailing your request and the reason for it. Please ensure your request is submitted within the 48-hour timeframe to qualify for this policy.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not issue refunds in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if you change your mind after the Cooling Off Period.
- Failure to Understand or Use the Product: Refunds will not be granted for the inability to use or understand the product unless the product has significant flaws that impede its functionality, and the issue has been reported within a reasonable time frame.
- Incompatibility with Your Device: Refunds are not issued if the digital product does not work on your device due to compatibility issues, as it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their device meets the product’s requirements before purchase.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Submit a refund request by emailing support@fundedkingdom.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Package]”. Include your account number, date of purchase, and detailed reasoning for the refund request.
Investigation: We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. During this time, we may request additional information or documentation to verify your claim.
Refund Decision: Once the investigation is complete, we will notify you of our decision. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your issue to our customer support team at support@fundedkingdom.com. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably, but if necessary, you may also seek resolution through a third-party dispute resolution service.
